An Observation

Walking with significantly taller people is good exercise, because they naturally have a longer stride – one must take many more steps and walk at a faster pace to keep up, therefore raising one’s heart rate. Gradually, this increases one’s endurance.
That’s how I justified skipping a trip to Yates on Saturday. More cardiovascular exercise after a day of walking around (and running to catch a wayward GUTS bus) with Brittney*? I think not.
*I love Brittney and her obsession with flamingoes!
